How does shipping and delivery work?

So you've placed an order? Welcome to the Peach Dailys family!

Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully prepare and dispatch your package within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Please note: All shipping timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.


How much do I pay for shipping?

All Peach Dailys orders include FREE Standard Shipping across New Zealand, no matter how many pouches you order.

If you would like your order faster, we also offer Priority Shipping for $4.99 NZD.


When will my order arrive?

Once your order is packed, the journey from Peach Dailys to your front door begins.

  • Free Standard Shipping: typically arrives within 8–18 business days
  • Priority Shipping ($4.99 NZD): typically arrives within 7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location within New Zealand and customs processing times. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Yay, time to celebrate — your order is on its way! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Click on it to follow the live updates of your delivery.

Haven't received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too — it sometimes ends up there.

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@peachdailys.com.


Help, I think my order is lost / hasn't been delivered?

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our delivery partners aim for 8–18 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren't able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a 'delayed' delivery date.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@peachdailys.com and we will launch an investigation with the courier on your behalf.


Can I change my shipping address?

Oops, is your order not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you — provided your order has not yet shipped. Please email us at info@peachdailys.com with your order number and the new details, and we will update it for you.

Please note: We can only ship your order to the address provided at checkout. If you have provided an incorrect address and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it, so please double-check your address before completing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Peach Dailys ships exclusively within New Zealand. We are working on expanding our delivery to other regions in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.


Are there any customs or import fees?

All Peach Dailys orders are sent with prices inclusive of any applicable New Zealand GST. In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs inspection. Peach Dailys is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs procedures beyond our control.


Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Our products are currently only sold through our online store, so we don't offer wholesale discounts for resellers. If you are looking to make a bulk personal purchase (for example for a friend group or family), feel free to contact us at info@peachdailys.com and we'll see what we can do.

Please note: This is subject to stock availability.


Can I send an order as a gift?

Have a special someone in your life who would love Peach Dailys? You can absolutely send Peach Dailys as a gift — simply enter their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address.

We don't include any pricing or invoices inside the box, and our packaging is fully discreet so the surprise stays a surprise. It's that easy!


Are you stocked in any stores anywhere?

Nope, it's just us! Peach Dailys is currently only available through our online store at peachdailys.com. By selling directly to our customers, we keep our prices fair and our quality consistent.

📄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you have a returns policy?

We get it — sometimes a product just isn't the right fit. That's why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on every Peach Dailys order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The return must be initiated and the product placed in the post within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. The product must not be marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
  3. The product must be in its original packaging and original condition.

Please note: If you are returning one product from a bundle, your order will no longer qualify for the bundle pricing and may be adjusted accordingly.


How long do I have to return the products?

We know life gets busy. You have a full 30 days from delivery to initiate your return. To start the process, contact our team at info@peachdailys.com with your order number.


Can I return my order for a refund?

Sadly, we know that sometimes our products are just not quite the right fit. You can return Peach Dailys for a full refund, provided the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery and the product is in its original packaging.

Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly mentioned on product pages or at checkout.


Do I have to pay for returns?

Eligible return shipping costs within New Zealand are the responsibility of the customer. If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost — just contact us at info@peachdailys.com and our team will sort it out for you.


How long does it take for my return / exchange to be processed?

Once we receive your return at our fulfilment centre, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your refund or exchange. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as it's actioned.

We strongly encourage that you keep your post office receipt as proof of postage — if your package gets lost in transit, this helps us locate it.


How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We're sad to see you go! Once your refund has been actioned, you will receive an email confirming this. From there, it takes 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider (for example Afterpay) directly.

How secure is your payment?

Your privacy and security are our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all of which are extremely secure, fully encrypted and designed to protect both customers and merchants.


What payment types do you offer?

We accept the most common payment methods, including:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit cards
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Afterpay (pay in 4 split payments)

Do you have payment plan options?

Yes — we offer Afterpay, which lets you split your payment into 4 interest-free instalments. Just select Afterpay at checkout and follow the steps. It's quick, easy and there are no extra fees if you pay on time.


How do I use a discount code?

Found a discount code? Enjoy! Simply head to checkout and on the first page you'll see a box where you can enter your code — make sure to click 'Apply' to see the discount applied to your total before payment.

Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles, the system will automatically apply whichever offer gives you the best deal.


I forgot to use my discount code!

Made your Peach Dailys purchase and realised you forgot to apply your discount? Don't worry — contact our team at info@peachdailys.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to apply the code retroactively.

Please note: Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to apply discount codes.

Something not quite right with your order? Don't worry, our Peach Dailys team is ready to help. Please contact us at info@peachdailys.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. To help us resolve things quickly, please include photos if possible.


I need to cancel or change my order!

These things happen! Please email us as soon as possible at info@peachdailys.com with the subject line "CHANGE" or "CANCEL" and your order number. We will do our best to action your request before the order is dispatched.

Please note: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it. In that case, you will need to follow our returns process once it arrives.
